Depending on the grade level, a variation of the following steps is required. Specific details for each grade level are available in our admissions packet.

  • Complete and submit admissions application and $50 application fee.
  • Schedule an applicant classroom shadow day and interview when applying to grades second through eighth.
  • Schedule a screening play date for applicants to Preschool, PreKindergarten, Kindergarten and First Grade. Submit $75 screening fee.
  • Schedule a parent campus tour with the Director of Admissions.
  • Schedule and register for appropriate standardized testing.
  • Independent Student Entrance Exam (ISEE) for applicants applying to Fifth through Eighth grades. Submit $73 testing fee to ISEE.
  • Stanford testing for applicants applying to Second through Fourth grades. Submit $75 testing fee.
  • Provide full transcript, evaluations and teacher recommendations from applicant's current school and/or any additional evaluations administered outside the school setting.
  • Apply for financial aid if interested.

    When to apply for Admission

    Applications should be submitted to the Admissions Office by February 15 for consideration in the first round of acceptances by or around April 1. We continue to accept applications after this date which will be considered on a rolling basis throughout spring and summer contingent upon availability at each grade level.

    Admissions Calendar and Tuition Fee Schedule

    Please click on the link above to view the admissions schedule and 2008-2009 tuition details. Applications submitted after February 15 will be considered by the Admissions Committee on a rolling basis.

    *For Early Childhood Division and Lower School students applying after March 1, testing will be scheduled at the school’s discretion.
